Ars Jesuitica is a CD compilation of images and emblems from the early years of the Society of Jesus that was published in 2000 by the Institute of Jesuit Sources at Saint Louis University. The collection of images was compiled by Thomas Rochford, S.J. and J. J. Mueller, S.J. 220 of the images are reproductions of two dimensional documents, engravings, emblems, etc. about the early Jesuit tradition that were originally produced before 1923 and thus are in the public domain according to U.S. copyright law (see Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp.). The remaining images are photographs of three dimensional objects taken after 1923 and may be subject to U.S. copyright law with provision for fair use of such images for certain purposes such as non-commercial, educational use.
